After my full hysterectomy and oophorectomy due to a BRCA mutation, my world unraveled all at once. My mood shifted dramatically. My energy disappeared. Even my sense of self felt unfamiliar. When I looked in the mirror, I barely recognized the woman staring back at me.
At the time, I didn’t just experience surgical menopause. I experienced a profound disconnection from my body.
This is the story of how I discovered quantum biology, why it transformed my menopause healing, and how it became the foundation of what I now teach through The Master Menopause Method.
Life After Surgical Menopause: When Answers Fell Short
The loss of my ovaries meant my hormones dropped overnight.
As a result, I struggled with:
- Emotional instability
- Brain fog and low motivation
- Chronic exhaustion
Although I searched for answers, most explanations felt incomplete. Conventional hormone conversations focused on surface-level fixes rather than root causes. More often than not, I heard versions of, “This is just how menopause is.”
Still, I knew something deeper was happening.
Then, unexpectedly, COVID changed everything.
An Unlikely Turning Point: From Bitcoin to Biology
During lockdown, I joined Bitcoin rooms on Clubhouse, hoping to understand cryptocurrency. Ironically, I wasn’t searching for information about hormones or menopause at all.
However, that curiosity led me somewhere unexpected.
One evening, Dr. Jack Kruse hosted a room on quantum biology and women’s health. When I raised my hand and shared how surgical menopause had impacted me, he responded with a sentence that redirected my entire healing journey:
“You need to improve your redox.”
At that moment, I didn’t even know what redox meant.
Nevertheless, the conversation stayed with me. Immediately after logging off, I began researching. That single concept opened the door to an entirely new understanding of the female body.
Why Quantum Biology Explained What Nothing Else Could
As I explored quantum biology, everything started to click.
Instead of isolating symptoms, this framework explained how the female body responds to:

- Mitochondrial signaling
- Light exposure and darkness

Suddenly, my symptoms weren’t random or “all in my head.”

- Earned certification in Applied Quantum Biology
- Committed my work to supporting women through perimenopause and menopause
Over time, I realized something powerful: women didn’t need more fragmented advice. They needed a clear, compassionate roadmap.
